the room had a mini fridge, though it wasn't in the room description. i could open the windows, and that was nice. the location was excellent, near Tower Bridge and the metro station.
The room felt dusty and stuffy. It was hard to breathe. there was a sewage smell in the bathroom, too bad. only one lift was working, and it was very slow. it took ages to arrive.

the location IS convenient, close to tourist spots and transportation. the hotel offers clean rooms, and i found the bed very comfortable. i appreciated the superb breakfast provided . the friendly staff was also helpful with planning my day.
the lift was slow, and i had to wait several minutes for it to arrive each time. it was slightly inconvenient.

the room was clean and it meeted my expectations.
the toilets were horrible and you cannot even flush it down properly, thats not what i expected. the room was freezing cold as we got in there, a very unwelcoming experience. also, the service was like it could be better, staff seemed a bit disengaged.
